The Team

Aimee Pettit, Director (Aimee@Massconsultancy.co.uk)

Aimee has spent 15+years, managing and defining the way companies are run. Aimee has spent the majority of her career in the retail and hospitality sectors. Aimee has a natural ability to organise, manage and increase outputs in multiple areas within a business, helping individual companies strategise and manage their journey to their end goals. Her key strengths lie in her ability to define company structure/goals, ensure smooth processes throughout and maintain continual improvement within a company looking to grow.

Sam Pettit, Lead Consultant (Sam@Massconsultancy.co.uk)

Sam spent 13+years within the Royal Engineers within the British Army, spending the majority of his time managing construction projects and leading teams to remove Improvised Explosive Devices within war-torn countries before moving on to manage construction projects for principal contractors within the UK. His key strengths lie in his ability to plan, organise and execute multiple projects of different types twinned with his ability to instil confidence and motivation in every team he is involved with.

Sam now consults within both the Rail and Construction Sector. He is involved from pre-construction all the way through to final handover. Developing everything from HSEQ documents to programmes, resource schedules and including supervising the execution of projects at ground level.

MASS also has multiple advisors to call upon when required.
